Matt 5:8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
The Holy Spirit of God does not need bells, whistles and heart pounding music to lead one to know God and His will
Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
11Do not cast me away from Your presence
And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
Cleaning up our hearts is the work of God. This is done in conjunction with the Holy Spirit and Word of Truth
2 Tim 2:21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.
22 Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
Our Lord calls us to sweet fellowship with those having a pure heart.
May we follow the teachings found in the 51Chapter of the book of Psalms and petition our Lord to create in each of us a clean heart
